1st Floor 3-Bedroom Apartment:

Month in July or August (June 22, 2024-August 31, 2024)  4 weeks: $7400 – 3% = $7200

Weekly June 1, 2024- June 15, 2024: $1700 per week

Weekly June 15, 2024-August 31, 2024: $1850 per week

2 weeks June/July/August: $3600

 Refundable Deposit of $600 per stay.

Extras:
Optional linens supplied by Owner: 3 sets sheets/pillow cases, 6 sets towels - $150.00 per stay.
Optional beach gear supplied by Owner:  1 Umbrella, 6 beach towels and 6 beach chairs - $180.00 per stay.

2nd Floor 2-Bedroom Apartment:

Month in July or August (June 22, 2024-August 31, 2024)  4 weeks: $5800-3% = $5600

Weekly June 1, 2024- June 15, 2024 $1400  per week

Weekly June 15, 2024-August 31, 2024 $1425 per week

2 weeks June/July/August: $2750

Refundable Deposit of $400 per stay.

Extras:
Optional linens supplied by Owner: 2 sets sheets/pillow cases, 4 sets towels - $100.00 per stay. 
Optional beach gear supplied by Owner:  1 Umbrella, 4 beach towels and 4 beach chairs - $120.00 per stay.

Notes:

Minors Policy:   The renting Guest must be at least 25 years of age.  Identification and proof of age must be provided upon request.  Guests should read the Rental Agreement carefully before signing it.  We rent to family groups only. Events/Groups, Bachelor/Bachelorette or “Senior Week”, Open-house Parties, etc. are not permitted on this property.

No Cleaning fees are included with rental.  Guests are expected to clean and leave everything as they found it, ready for next guest.  (Explained in the lease).  Light "Change-Over" cleaning service (dust, vacuum, wipe down bathroom and kitchen) may be arranged in advance.  Please contact Owner for pricing.
